Free Civil Services Examination 2012 Coaching for SC/ST Candidates
Applications are invited from SC/ST candidates for undergoing free coaching for Civil Services Examinations 2012 so as to reach the Director, Kerala State Civil Service Academy, Charachira, Kowdiar P.O., Thiruvananthapuram-3 on or before Saturday, 28 January 2012. Admission will be on the basis of an entrance test on 30th January 2012.
Meeting of Principals and Managers of C.E. Sub-centres
The Hon’ble Minister of Education, Govt. of Kerala,Shri. P.K. Abdu Rabb inaugurated the seminar on the Approach Paper of 12th Five Year Plan at the Centre for Continuing Education Kerala campus, Charachira on 19/12/2011. The Principals and Continuing Education Managers from 90 sub-centres attended the seminar. The Director, CCEK Shri. Mohan Abraham delivered the welcome speech, the Chief Co-ordinator, CCEK Dr. N. Gangadharan Nair, the Principal, Govt. Engineering College, Thiruvananthapuram Dr. Sheela, Govt. Women’s College sub-centre Manager Dr.G.Sujatha delivered the felicitation speeches and the CCEK Co-ordinator Shri. P.M. Rajeev expressed the vote of thanks.
Coaching programme for Civil Services Prelims 2012 Examination
Kerala State Civil Service Academy, Thiruvananthapuram commences the coaching programme for Civil Services Prelims 2012 Examination in November 2011. Admission will be on the basis of an Admission Test which will be held at the Academy on October 30, 2011. Interview & Admission will be from November 1, 2011 to November 3, 2011. The classes will commence on November 16, 2011. The application form can be downloaded from the link given below. A crossed DD for Rs.100/- drawn in favour of The Director, Centre for Continuing Education Kerala payable in any of the nationalised banks at Thiruvananthapuram is to be attached along with the downloaded application form. Application forms can be had from the office also on payment of Rs. 100/-. Filled-in applications should reach the Director on or before 5.00 PM on October 27, 2011.Course Fee - Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) plus 10.3% Service Taxes plus Caution Deposit - Rs. 1,000/-(Rupees one thousand only).

The coaching class for the Civil Service Mains Examination 2011 will commence on Monday, 20 June 2011. The application form can be downloaded from the link given below. A crossed DD for Rs.100/- drawn in favour of “The Director, Centre for Continuing Education Kerala” payable in any of the nationalised banks at Thiruvananthapuram is to be attached along with the downloaded application form. Centre for Continuing Education Kerala (CCEK), the parent body of Kerala State Civil Service Academy, is establishing a Regional Centre at Kozhikode, where classes for the Civil Services Examination 2012 will commence in the last week of August 2011(Exact date will be notified soon) . Those who intend to study there should either buy the application form from the Directorate of Centre for Continuing Education Kerala, Anathara Lane, Charachira, Kowdiar P. O., Thiruvananthapuram 695 003 (Phone: 0471-2313065, 2311654), paying Rs. 100/- or download it from the link given below. The filled-in application form should be submitted at or sent to The Directorate of Centre for Continuing Education Kerala (Anathara Lane, Charachira, Kowdiar P.O., Thiruvananthapuram 695 003). If it is a downloaded application form, it should be accompanied by a DD for Rs. 100/- taken in favour of “The Director, Centre for Continuing Education Kerala”, payable at any of the nationalised banks at Thiruvananthapuram. The tentative dates for submission of applications, Admission Test and commencement of classes are as follows:
